The audit was conducted by means of remote communication using video conferencing and consisted of the inspection of the activities of the TCSMVL of the FGBI “ARRIAH” and the provision of the Laboratory’s supporting materials related to the scope of laboratory activities to be accredited by the CNAS.
Based on the audit results, an Audit Report was issued, which contained the unambiguous conclusions of the expert group on compliance of the TCSMVL of the FGBI “ARRIAH” with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and CNAS accreditation criteria within the relevant scope of accreditation, as well as the confirmation of the technical competence of the Laboratory.
The Audit Report provides basis for a decision of the CNAS Special Assessment Committee on accreditation of the TCSMVL of the FGBI “ARRIAH”.
The CNAS decision on accreditation is the approval of the results of the laboratory activities of the TCSMVL of the FGBI “ARRIAH” by the main coordinating body of the national accreditation system of the People’s Republic of China that allows for gaining the trust of countries.
The accreditation of the TCSMVL of the FGBI “ARRIAH” by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment will ensure confidence in the quality and reliability of tests carried out by the Laboratory, and this will contribute to the reduction of trade barriers and provide conditions for product export to the People’s Republic of China.
