If you are dissatisfied with the services of the Testing Centre, you may file a complaint.
Complaints are filed to the Sample Reception and Documentary Unit of the Testing Centre. A complaint shall be submitted within 1 month after receiving the testing protocol.
A Complaint can be filed in person, by telephone (+7 4922) 52-99-22, via mail to FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health”, mkr. Yuryevets, Vladimir, Russia, 600901 or e-mail to email@example.com .
You can attach relevant documents or materials to your Complaint to better reflect the essence of your appeal.
In accordance with the current legislation (Federal Law of the Russian Federation of May 2, 2006 No. 59-FZ “On the procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens of the Russian Federation”) the Complaint will be considered within 30 days since the time of its registration. In case the Complaint requires more time to be considered, the term of the consideration can be extended but for not longer than 30 days. The Customer shall be informed about the extension of the term.
The Complaints in the electronic form providing incomplete or inaccurate information as regards the sender are not considered.
The response letter will be mailed or e-mailed to the address included in the Complaint. When considering the Complaint no information contained therein may be disclosed without the Customer’s consent. Forwarding the information contained in the Complaint to the specialists of the institution responsible for dealing with the issues raised in the Complaint in order to prepare the response does not constitute a disclosure of information.
