The 18th Russian Agro Industrial Exhibition Golden Autumn 2016 supported by the RF Ministry of Agriculture was opened in Moscow on October 5, 2016 and will last till October 8.

Traditionally the main agricultural event of the country was opened by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, RF Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev, representatives of relevant authorities and bodies and regional managers. Opening the exhibition Dmitry Medvedev congratulated all agricultural workers on coming Day of Agricultural and Industrial Employees and handed governmental awards and bestowed titles of honor.

The FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor was presented at the opening ceremony by Director of the Centre Dmitry Lozovoy and Deputy Director Sergey Starov.

Every year Golden Autumn gathers more than two thousand participants from 63 regions of the Russian Federation. International companies and collective stands from Abkhazia, Belarus, Ukraine, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Netherlands, Japan and other countries are presented. The business program of the exhibition covers more than 40 events for the agricultural specialists.

The contest program is an integral part of the exhibition. The results of 19 industry contests will be made public at the event. The best agroindustrial establishments will be awarded for their achievements in production of high quality food products, development of breeding and commercial livestock production, new varieties and hybrids of crops and etc.

This year the FGBI “ARRIAH” is presented by a collective Rosselkhoznadzor’s stand. The aim of the participation at the exhibition for the institution is new contacts, practical science and demonstration of its achievements and developments. The specialists of the FGBI “ARRIAH” will take part in round table discussions, meetings and other events.
