A total of 36 samples of products and raw materials of animal and plant origin were submitted to the Laboratory for Chemical Analysis of the Rosselkhoznadzor-subordinated FGBI “ARRIAH” Testing Centre for testing in April 8-15, 2016.
A total of 113 tests were performed for detection and content determination of stilbenes, tetracyclines, penicillins, anxiolytics, pesticides, toxic elements, mycotoxins as well as for quality indicators.
Thirty-four non-compliances with the RF regulations were detected based on the test results.
Determination of fatty acid composition revealed non-compliances (24 parameters) that indicated dairy product adulterations.
The following non-compliances were detected in feed and feed additives: pH level, lysine mass fraction, methionine mass fraction, raw protein mass fraction, tryptophan mass fraction, zinc mass fraction (obtained values were lower than that ones laid down by the legislation).
Tetracycline antibiotics were detected in sample 1 of drink pasteurized milk.
