Please accept my sincere congratulations on Agricultural and Food Processing Industry Workers’ Day!

This holiday brings together people of different professions for whom caring for the land, animals and the country's food security has become a life's work. It’s the knowledge and experience of specialists, their sense of responsibility, dedication to the profession and hard daily work that lie behind the success of the Russian agro-industrial complex.

Today, the sector is developing actively, adopting new technologies and strengthening its scientific and production potential. We face serious challenges, and meeting them largely depends on professionalism, initiative and the ability to work together. I am confident that the experience we have accumulated and our drive for the best results will allow us to keep moving forward with confidence.

I would like to address a special word of appreciation to our veterans — people who have devoted many years to the sector, made a significant contribution to its establishment and development, and passed on their knowledge and professional traditions to the next generations.
