According to the Order of the Federal Accreditation Service (RosAccreditation) No. PK-1-340 of February 14, 2018 the competence of the Laboratory and diagnostic center of the Rosselkhoznadzor subordinate FGBI “Federal centre for animal health” has been confirmed according to the current scope of accreditation, and additional (extensible) accreditation scope has been approved for 5 testing procedures:
“Methodical guidelines for the isolation of classical swine fever virus using different cell cultures, with agent identification in immunofluorescence test”; “Methodical guidelines for the detection of African swine fever virus genome by real-time PCR”; “Methodical guidelines for the isolation of bovine lumpy skin disease virus in cell culture”; “Methodical guidelines for the detection of the DNA of the field isolates of bovine lumpy skin disease virus using real-time PCR”; “Instruction on the use of indirect immunofluorescence assay kit for detecting antibodies against capripoxviruses (CPV), lumpy skin disease virus, sheep pox (SPPV) and goat pox (GTPV) viruses in blood serum or plasma from cattle, sheep, goats or other susceptible animals.”Information on confirmation of competence and accreditation scope extension of the Laboratory and diagnostic center has been entered into the Register of the accredited organizations.
