According to the information of the World Organisation for Animal Health 72 outbreaks of animal highly dangerous diseases were registered worldwide from 12 till 19 June 2015.
Outbreaks of avian highly pathogenic influenza were registered in Russia (Ubsu Nur Lake, Ovyursky Rayon, Republic of Tyva), Taiwan (5), Ghana (5), USA (15) and Iran (1). New outbreaks of African swine fever were detected in Cape Verde (1), Latvia (21) and Estonia (5). The Veterinary Service of Israel reported about 7 outbreaks of Newcastle disease. FMD outbreaks were registered in Zimbabwe (2) and Taiwan (1). An outbreak of low pathogenic avian influenza was diagnosed in Germany. Mycoplasmosis outbreaks were reported from Finland: M. gallisepticum – 4, M. sinoviae – 2, and equine infectious anemia was reported from Poland (1).
