In the framework of cooperation with the Republic of Iraq, the FGBI ARRIAH “Federal Centre for Animal Health” supplied a large batch of FMD emulsion vaccine “ARRIAH-VAC in March, 2016. It was the first supply.

The FMD vaccine “ARRIAH-VAC developed in accordance with the international GMP EC standards is a unique, high-quality veterinary drug that has no equivalents in the Russian Federation.

Being widely acknowledged by foreign partners as the vaccine that ensures eradication of FMD, rapidly contains primary outbreaks and ensures stable freedom from FMD in the country, “ARRIAH-VAC” has been also approved in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Taking into account experience gained by the FGBI ARRIAH experts in FMD control and FMD vaccine development ensuring eradication of FMD in the country, the representatives of the Republic of Iran expressed their interest in joint work aimed at FMD prevention and treatment in order to control epizootic situation.
