On May 18-20, 2016 at the invitation of V. Telitzyn, Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Hunting of the Republic of Karelia, Professor K. Gruzdev, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Chief Expert of Informational and Analytical Centre of the FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” subordinated to the Rosselkhoznadzor, took part in the alignment meeting of executive authorities in hunting industry for the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation where he presented a report on the topic: “Animal diseases epidemic situation in wild fauna on the territory of the Russian Federation. Problems and ways of solution.”
The seminar took place in Petrozavodsk (the Republic of Karelia). The program of the seminar included theoretical and practical training in national monitoring system analysis of hunting resources in the Russian Federation, as well as implementation of modern instruments in regional state management in hunting industry, exercising powers in hunting industry in the Republic of Karelia and the Republic of Komi, and control of populations of large predators and hoofed animals.
As a result of the event the FGBI “ARRIAH” expert received a certificate of participation in the seminar.
