During the period from February 26 to March 9, 2016, 112 samples of food products and raw materials of plant and animal origin were delivered for testing to the Laboratory for Chemical Analysis in the Testing Centre of the Rosselkhoznadzor subordinate FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health”.
308 tests were performed for detection and identification of amphenicols, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, penicillins, sulfanilamides, quinolones, anthelminthics, coccidiostats, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, toxic elements, mycotoxins and pesticides as well as for sensory and qualitative parameters.
Test results demonstrated non-compliances with the RF regulatory documents in some samples. Thus fatty acid composition of two butter samples was non-compliant with the regulatory requirements. One sample of soft wheat demonstrated pest infestation. In three samples of combined feed for pigs the weight content of whole protein was non-compliant with the regulatory requirements. One chicken meat sample demonstrated high enrofloxacin concentration.
