L. Dorofeyeva, specialist of the FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health”, subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor, took part in the advance training course “Quality Manager of an Accredited Laboratory (GOST ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 19011)” on February 1 – 11, 2016. The training was housed by the Academy of Standardization, Metrology and Certification.
In the course of the training D. Falkin, expert in laboratory accreditation, Head of Expert Organization and Director of LLC “Sodeystviye” touched upon the following topics:
Accreditation procedure in accordance with FL No. 412 “Accreditation in the National Accreditation System”; Preparation of the laboratory to the procedure of competency assessment and its distinctions from the inspection control; Procedure of reporting on laboratory activities to the Federal Accreditation Service; Reliable measuring results and responsibility for accredited person activities; Summarizing of test laboratory accreditation criteria in the RF (Order No. 426).Director of the Organization of Independent Experts and Metrologists and expert in laboratory accreditation I. Milyushkina spoke about the following:
Quality management system (QMS) as an essential tool of laboratory service technological process; Problems in accredited laboratories’ compliance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and accreditation criteria; Introduction of quality system into laboratory operation in accordance with GOST ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and accreditation criteria; Requirements to QMS documentation, requirements to documentation management (management of external and internal documentation), staff management, facilities and environment management, measuring traceability, handling of test objects, test reports.M. Tarasenko, Leading Engineer of the Accreditation Unit and expert in laboratory accreditation informed about the standardization concepts; FL No. 184 concerning technical regulation; test methods; method suitability evaluation; attestation and standardization of measuring techniques.
The information about the execution of analytical laboratory QMS document list, internal audit report and test working sheet was provided. At the end of every lecture the simulation exercises were given.
Based on the results of the final test a certificate on the completion of the advanced training course “Quality Manager of an Accredited Laboratory (GOST ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 19011) housed by the Academy of Standardization, Metrology and Certification” was issued.
