The XXV Jubilee International Commercial and Industrial Exhibition MVC: GRAIN- FEED-VETERINARY MEDICINE – 2020 was opened on January 28, 2020. The activities of the FGBI Federal Center for Animal Health were presented in Pavilion 75, stand A712. The FGBI ARRIAH specialists gave consultations and familiarized the visitors with the work of the institution aimed at ensuring animal disease freedom, production of high quality biologicals and their application in the veterinary field.

The FGBI ARRIAH researchers participated in the business program of the international exhibition. Aleksandr Kononov, Candidate of Veterinary Science and Head of the Department for Diagnosis and Prevention of Livestock Diseases acted as a moderator of the international conference: “Healthy calf as a guarantee of high performance” and made a report “Lumpy skin disease. Contemporary diagnosis and prevention”. Vladimir Melnikov, Head of the FGBI ARRIAH Laboratory for Aquaculture Diseases took part in the Workshop “Fish farming and fish health”.

The participants of the conference noted a high level of the experts’ professionalism, comprehensive program and relevancy of the discussed issues on the global threats and animal disease risks in the world.
