On March 4, 2019 the delegation of Institutions, subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor, headed by Director of the FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” Dmitry Lozovoy and Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for Moscow city, Moscow and Tula Oblasts Yevgeny Antonov visited Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority, ADFCA.
Working meetings and negotiations with the administration and specialists of the Authority on foot and mouth disease prevention without eradication measures were held. Set of measures, necessary for appropriate disease control, including diagnostics and vaccination was proposed at the talks.
ADFCS specialists expressed their interest in the development of cooperation programs related to prevention of such diseases like peste des petits ruminants, lumpy skin disease, sheep and goat pox.
