On February 5, 2018, within the framework of the Global Forum for Innovations in Agriculture, (GFIA) the opening of the international specialized exhibition for innovative technologies and equipment for poultry, aquaculture and dairy industry for the Middle East, Africa, India and Central Asia region VIV MEA 2018 (Abu Dhabi, UAE) took place.
In 2018 the number of participants has exceeded 300 companies from the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, India, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Kuwait, Oman, Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Morocco, Algeria, Sudan, Qatar, Thailand, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
The Federal Center for Animal Health, subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor was represented within the Russian stand, which united the representatives of the Russian veterinary bioindustry. The delegation of the FGBI "ARRIAH" headed by Director Dmitry Lozovoy, includes scientific specialists and experts of the department for veterinary drug promotion.
Within the framework of the exhibition the FGBI "ARRIAH" will demonstrate its developments and innovations in the field of veterinary medicine, the FGBI "ARRIAH" specialists will take part in business events with the purpose of exchanging scientific and practical knowledge and acquiring new contacts. In particular, the round table "Topical issues of diagnostics and prevention of highly dangerous animal diseases" will be held by the FGBI "ARRIAH".
