Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Sergey Dankvert made a short visit to the Branch of the FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor on May 4, 2016.

In the course of the visit Sergey Dankvert examined installed medical modules and new equipment in the laboratories, inquired about current activities of the Branch and plans for future.

The laboratories and administrative building of the FGBI “ARRIAH” Branch have been recently completely renovated; medical modules have been installed. That makes it possible for the laboratories (food safety laboratory (food sample reception and test reporting area, food microbiology area, radiology area and ELISA), laboratory for infectious diseases and laboratory for avian diseases) to operate.

The accreditation certificate was granted to the Food Safety Laboratory on January 11, 2016 and this gives the full authority to the FGBI “ARRIAH” Branch in the Republic of Crimea to test food products imported into the Crimean Federal District.

Besides it is planned to renovate the diagnostic laboratory building in the near future.

Sergey Dankvert addressed to the personnel of the Branch and encouraged them to complete the set targets rapidly and accurately.
