On January 30, 2018 the XXIII International Specialized Commercial and Industrial Exhibition “MVC: Grain-Mixed Feed-Veterinary Science-2018” (hereinafter “the Exhibition”) was opened at VDNKh (Exhibition of National Economy Achievements), Moscow. The Exhibition is supported by the RF State Duma Committee on Agrarian Issues, the Council of the Federation Committee for Agrarian and Food Policy and Environmental Management, the RF Ministry of Agriculture, the Rosselkhoznadzor, the Rospotrebnadzor, the RF Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as by leading branch unions and associations.

President of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vladimir Platonov and Assistant to the Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Alexey Alexeyenko participated in the solemn opening ceremony. A.Alexeyenko noted the progress of import substitution programme and thanked the specialists of the branch for their effective work.

The Rosselkhoznadzor subordinate FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” is taking an active part in the mentioned event.

An eventful business programme including research and practice conferences, workshops and round tables is envisaged within the framework of the Exhibition. In addition to the presentation of their achievements and developments in the veterinary field the FGBI “ARRIAH” specialists will take part in business events with the view of research and practice knowledge sharing and contact building.

The press took interest in the FGBI “ARRIAH” activities. In particular, on the first day of the Exhibition Director of the FGBI “ARRIAH” Dmitry Lozovoy gave an extensive interview to the branch mass medium and provided information on scientific and scientific and technical activities of the Centre aimed at ensuring the country’s biosafety and disease freedom.
