I. Podkolzin, Leading Researcher, Laboratory for Chemical Analysis, FGBI “ARRIAH” Testing Centre, took part in the workshop “Provision of freedom from animal diseases in dairy and meat production- topical issues” within the framework of “Dairy and Meat Industry 2016” Exhibition on March 1, 2016.
During the workshop FGBI “ARRIAH” specialists delivered a presentation “Identification of food products using contemporary methods of analytical chemistry” where he demonstrated results of research on determination of animal product geographical origin done by the laboratory for chemical analysis.
