141 samples of plant and animal food and primary products were submitted to the Chemical Testing Laboratory within FGBI “ARRIAH Testing Centre for testing.
259 tests for amphenicoles, aminoglycosides, tetracyclines, penicillines, sulfonamides, anthelmintics, coccidiostats, NSAIDs, pesticides, toxic elements, mycotoxins, aminoacids were performed as well as detection of fat adulterations in dairy products.
15 non-compliances with RF regulatory provisions were detected. Chloramphenicol excessive levels were found in one sample of pork meat preparation. 14 samples of dairy products did not comply with RF regulatory document provisions for fatty acid composition indicative of milk product adulteration.
