238 samples of plant and animal origin products and raw materials were submitted for testing to the Laboratory for Chemical Analysis of the Rosselkhoznadzor subordinate FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” Testing Centre during the period from the 28th of January to the 11th of February, 2016.
753 tests were carried out for detection and determination of the content of mycotoxins, toxic elements, chemical elements, pesticides. Serum chemistry, studies for determination of physicochemical and safety parameters as well as for determination of water quality and medicine quality factors were also carried out.
74 non-compliances with the requirements of the RF regulations were detected. pH value was below limit in one sample of the veterinary preparation. Two samples: wheat flour and rye flour did not correspond to the requirements for “Whiteness” in the regulatory documents.
During the serum sample testing it was detected that the general protein content was exceeded by 39, the glucose content did not correspond to the requirements of the normativevalues in 3 samples, the calcium content was low in 2 blood serum samples, the urea content was low in 1 sample, the sodium content was exceeded in 12 serum samples, the phosphorous content did not correspond to the requirements of the normative values. The alkaline phosphatase content exceeded the normative values in 12 serum samples.
