A total of 229 samples of products and raw materials of animal and plant origin were submitted to the Laboratory for Chemical Analysis of the Rosselkhoznadzor-subordinated FGBI “ARRIAH” Testing Centre for testing on May 11-26, 2016.
A total of 546 tests were performed for detection and content determination of stilbenes; amphenicoles; nitroimidazoles; aminoglycosides; tetracyclines; penicillins; sulfonamides; quinolones; antihelmintics; coccidiostats; polypeptides; nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); pesticides; toxic elements; mycotoxins; neonicotinoides; nitrates and nitrites; aminoacids; organoleptic, quality, physical and chemical indicators, as well as for detection of fat adulterations in dairy products.
148 non-compliances with RF regulatory provisions were detected. Ammmonia was found in 2 samples of pasteurized milk. 2 hay samples contained excessive levels of desoxynivalenol. 141 samples of dairy products did not comply with RF regulatory document provisions for fatty acid composition indicative of milk product adulteration. Three samples of milk contained inhibiting agents (carbonate or sodium bicarbonate).
