Series of tests were performed by the staff members of the Reference Laboratory for Highly Dangerous Diseases of the FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor from the 25th till the 31st of January, 2016.
3990 tests of pig sera were performed in order to detect the presence of antibodies against different viruses and bacteria using ELISA method. The results demonstrated the presence of the PRRSV antibodies in 1935 probes of 2968 tested (65%). Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae antibodies were detected in 15 cases of 321 (4,7%) and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antibodies – in 6 cases of 701 (0,9%).
