Ye. Lonshakova, specialist from the Chemical Testing Laboratory within the Testing Centre of the FGBI “ARRIAH” subordinate to the Rosselkhoznadzor received an advanced training course in sensory analysis and sensory sensitivity testing from March 21 – 25, 2016.

After such training a staff member has a right to take part in taste panels as a selected taster. The training was housed by the All-Russian Research Institute of Meat Industry named after V.M. Gorbatov.

Within the advanced training course the use and relevance of regulatory documents, human physiology, basic principles of product testing, sensory sensitivity testing of all participants were addressed. Based on the results of the training the specialist of the FGBI “ARRIAH” was given an advanced training certificate.
