A number of tests were carried out by the members of the Reference Laboratory for Highly Dangerous Animal Diseases of the Rosselkhoznadzor subordinate FGBI “Federal Centre for Animal Health” from the 18th to the 24th of January, 2016.
3456 ELISA-tests of swine blood sera for antibodies to different viruses and bacteria were carried out. The results showed antibodies to PRRS virus in 337 samples (28%) out of 1180; antibodies to PCV2 in 191 samples (51%) out of 373. Antibodies to Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae were found in 14 sera (2%) out of 670, antibodies to Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae were found in 19 sera (2%) out of 1047.
186 blood sera were examined for post-vaccination antibodies to CSFV. 171 of them (91%) showed presence of the antibodies.
