A number of tests were carried out by the Reference Laboratory for Highly Dangerous Diseases of the FGBI “ARRIAH” from April 4 to 10, 2016.
2134 pig serum samples were tested for antibodies to different viruses and bacteria using ELISA and the following results were obtained: 67 samples out of 1006 (7%) demonstrated antibodies to RRPS, 9 samples out of 16 (56%) – to porcine influenza virus and 46 samples out of 948 (5%) – to Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae.
164 serum samples were tested for post-vaccinal antibodies to CSF. Antibodies were detected in 141 samples (86%).
