Specialists of FGBI “ARRIAH” Reference Laboratory for Highly-Dangerous Diseases performed several tests on February 22 – 28, 2016.
1, 867 tests of porcine blood serum for antibodies to different viruses and bacteria were performed using ELISA. Thus, antibodies to PRRS were detected in 324 out of 934 tested samples (35%), antibodies to swine influenza – in 35 out of 139 (25%), and to porcine circovirus type 2 – in 103 out of 268 (38%). Antibodies to Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae were detected in 19 samples out of 207 (9%) and to Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae- in 3 out of 223 (1.3%).
96 blood sera were tested for post-vaccinal antibodies to CSFV 54 (56%) of which were positive.
